STAP 1

A personal appointment

  • We start with a free market analysis, and determine a price that is right for you and the market;
  • We develop a customized sales plan, focusing on your wishes and ideas;
  • A professional photographer will make (360) photos and videos;
  • We make several diagrams (2D/3D);
  • We write an appealing text in order to present your house even better;
  • We make a full colour leaflet for you to approve before it is uploaded;
  • We will install a lawn sign at your house.
STAP 2

Your house in the spotlights

We believe in customization. This also concerns the presentation of your home. It will be uploaded on Funda, our website and social media and our network will be notified as well.  Additionally, we can offer extras, including unique aerial photographs and virtual tours, or advertisements in magazines and newspapers. We know the approach that suits you best.

STAP 3

The viewings

The saying “you never get a second chance to make a first impression” also counts for a house. That is why we always prepare the viewings to perfection. We know which approach is needed in order to give the viewer a good impression of your house. We also ensure that you are consulted on viewing dates and that you are updated afterward.

STAP 4

The negotiations

Every negotiation needs a different approach. Knowledge and experience are also very important during a negotiation. Our real estate agents use their experience in order to realise the best results. You will always be kept up to date and we consider the negotiations together.

STAP 5

The purchase agreement

After receiving an offer with the right price and conditions, it is time to record the agreement. We will arrange this as well for you. We will draw up the purchase agreement and we make sure that all the agreements are stated correctly in the contract. Once the agreement is arranged with both parties and everything is clear, we will arrange an appointment in order to sign the agreement.

STAP 6

Closing on a home

After signing the purchase agreement, we will ensure that the documents are stated correctly and delivered at the notary public. Additionally, we organize an inspection with the buyer and the seller to control if everything has left behind as agreed and ensure that there are no misunderstandings.  Even after the key has been received, we will remain available for you.
