Since the 1970’s the Breunissen name has been a well-known name in local real estate. Wim Breunissen and Corrie Overeem have been running the business since 1995. For the 25 years, we have been proudly serving our clients and exceeding their expectations.
Bert Breunissen joined our team in January of 2019.
What makes us unique? We find that the human part of our branch really is the greatest part. We are sincere, helpful, and intrinsically involved with our clients. We think its is of utmost important to provide our clients with the type of service we would be seeking, and we value the opportunity to achieve the best results and service.
We are a member of the NVM, RMT and NWWI in order to guarantee our quality. Furthermore, we join several meetings and courses to make sure we are up to date. Recently we have been assessed by the NVM as ‘’Excellent Real Estate Agency’’ which is a nice crown on our work.

K.W. (Wim) Breunissen
real estate agentFor over 25 years I have worked at our real estate agency. I am born and raised in the region where I am active the most, Wageningen.
For me there are not many places that I don’t know about. The beautiful green living environment with its very varied landscapes, forests, Rhine and meadows; they are all special and pleasant places to be.
I live together with my wife and family just outside the centre of Wageningen. I really enjoy spending time outside in the nature. You can find me here very often. Most of the time it is hobby related… don’t be surprised if you see me on a tractor!
H.C.B. (Bert) Breunissen
My interest in the real estate business began with my parents. My late father, also H.C.B. Breunissen, was been active in real estate for over 50 years and my mother was a notary.
Currently, I am in my last year of study in ‘Real Estate Management.’ In this program we focus on different aspects in the real estate including the real estate agency, developments and investments.
I have lived in Canada in my childhood. Furthermore, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, sports, music and volunteering.
T.C. (Corrie) Overeem
Real estate agentI have worked here since the beginning of Breunissen Makelaars and am a familiar face for many of our clients.
Most of the time I am busy with the preparation of the leaflets, writing the appraisals, and drawing up the purchase agreements. I am also the initial point of contact for clients within the organization.
Many students are looking for an accommodation in a city such as Wageningen. I the manage the buildings of multiple investors, and I am also the contact person for the students who rent a studio. Due to my many years of experience I am able to answer most of the inquiries directly.
I enjoy spending time outside, with friends and family, working in the garden or reading a good book.
